THE TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1 - Cairo

 

Our representative will meet & assist you at Cairo International Airport, and handle all your procedures through passport control, luggage area and customs formalities.

 

After that you will be transferred to your hotel by a private air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy Pyramids at Cairo tomorrow, where you are going to see one of (the seven wonder of the world) overnight in a Hotel.

 

 

Day 2 – Cairo

 

After breakfast, admire a day tour of sightseeing by a private vehicle. First, see the pyramids of Khufu, Khafra, and Menkara. You can purchase a ticket to enter the Great Pyramid of Khufu.

 

Then visit the Sphinx the temples that make up the complex.

 

After lunch we explore Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, and Saqqara site of the first pyramid built in Egypt.

 

Lastly you will be driven to see the Bent Pyramid & the Red Pyramid in Dahshur.

 

In the evening you will transfer to Giza Railway Station to take Sleeping train to Aswan.

 

 

Day 3 – Aswan

 

Upon arrival at the Aswan train station, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel in Aswan to check in the hotel.

 

After freshening up, start your Full day Tour visiting High Dam & Temple of Philae Island unfinished Obelisks Excursion drives to the High Dam.

 

After its visit proceed to the Granite Quarries, the unfinished Obelisks, and Old Aswan Dam for a motor –

 

boat excursion to the Temple of Philae Island.

 

(Optional) Sound and Light show at Philae Temple,

 

Overnight in your hotel in Aswan.

 

 

Day 4 – Nile Felucca

 

After breakfast,

 

(Optional) Departures by A/C private Vehicle to Abu Simbel visit the Temple of Abu Simbel

 

Back to Aswan, The colossal Temple of Abu Simbel built by Ramses II (XIXth. Dynasty) and lately saved from inundation of the Nile waters in among the glories of ancient Egyptian monuments. The temples were built out of a sandstone rock cliff, and representation of the deities to which each was dedicated is carved on its huge façade.

 

Nearby, also saved, lies the small Temple of the King's wife Nefertari, dedicated to the goddess Hathor. After noon check in your felucca on your way to Kom Ombo, Dinner on board

 

Overnight on the felucca.

 

 

Day 5 – Nile Felucca

 

Continue sailing in the Nile, visit Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples the best preserved and most complete temple in Egypt. In the afternoon we will continue sailing to Luxor Overnight on the felucca.

 

 

Day 6 – Luxor

 

After breakfast on the felucca, to visit the ruins of the Temple shared by the two Gods Sobek & Haroeies in Kom Ombo the crocodile god of Nubian.

 

Then trip to visit the magnificent great temple of Horus (god of protraction) then you will be transferred from Edfu to Luxor city.

 

Afternoon a drive to lovely Luxor temple dedicated to Amoun-Ra the king of Goods in pharos time, after that transfer to your Hotel in Luxor.

 

(Optional) Sound and Light show at Karnak Temple,

 

Overnight in Luxor.

 

 

Day 7 – Luxor

 

After breakfast, continue touring in Luxor, by visiting the West Bank

 

Valley of the Kings ( the remote, barren Valley of the Kings was the necropolis of the New Kingdom pharaohs. By digging their tombs deep into the Theban Hills, pharaohs from Tuthmosis I hoped to stop robbers stealing the priceless possessions buried with them).

 

 Valley of the Queens ( Named by Champollion, the Valley of the Queens lies to the south-west of the Valley of the Kings and holds the tombs of many royal wives and children).

 

Hatshepsut Temple (Against its stark mountainous backdrop, the partly rock-hewn Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir al-Bahri is a breath-taking sight).

 

Colossi of Memnon( the two enthroned statues of Amenhotep III are the first monuments most visitors see on arriving in the West Bank).

 

Later on Transfer back to your hotel in Luxor to freshen up and check out – our local representative will assist and transfer to your train station heading north to Cairo, Overnight stay on the train.

 

 

Day 8 – Cairo

 

Arrive in Cairo, our representative will welcome you at the train station and transfer you to your hotel in Cairo, our friendly expert Egyptologist guide will accompany you to visit the famous Egyptian museum where you will see many precious antiquities.

 

Then on to Islamic areas of Cairo, including the Citadel of Saladdin which boasts the famous Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali.

 

After that you will visit the Coptic area of Cairo where the Romans constructed the fortress of Babylon. Built on the ruins of two towers of the fortress towers is the church of St. Mary, more commonly known as the Hanging Church.

 

Visit to oldest shopping bazaars in Cairo Khan-el Khalili, one of the world's largest bazaars, pulsing with commerce and crammed with spices, coppersmiths, perfume and trinkets.

 

Later on we transfer you to your hotel Where you will stay overnight in Cairo.

 

 

Day 9 – Departure from Cairo

 

Breakfast at the hotel, our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you at the airport through final departure formalities.
